Stalls and displays

In the big marquee we'll have a galaxy of stalls and other displays to look at, ranging from local community groups and local businesses and lots, lots more. The Long Eaton Fairground Model Show will be displaying their miniature fairground again.

There will Craft Marquee and lots of outdoor stalls as well.

If you would like to book space, then please complete the application form. If you intend to sell food such as pre-packed cakes you need to complete an Erewash Borough Council Food Form as well (and enclose it with your application form). Please note that we do not permit the sale of refreshements (food or drink) other than through our caterer's outlets.

Note that if you choose to be outside, you should provide your own shelter from the sun (or the rain!) - gazebos seem to be the most popular option. You can book a 6' trestle table with chairs for use outside if you wish.
